You

Not everything has to be a competition. Not everything has to be a competition. Not everything has to be a competition.

- A mark of someone else's talent is not a measure of your lack thereof.
- When you start shaking it's probably time to stop what you're doing and eat something.
- "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." - Eleanor Roosevelt
- Just because you didn't finish in one giant leap doesn't make the process less significant.
- Don't judge yourself according to others.
- Know your process, know yourself.
- Physical exertion should not be underrated.
- You are not someone else's idea or ideal.

Would it be dreadfully contradictory for me to write: FIRST! here?

*sigh*
I hate it when life feels like a race to live harder/better/fuller than anyone else. Maybe we just need to realise that no matter how we live, we're winning coz we're the only contestants playing 'my life'.

If only...

...I could act according to those words, and not let them just be a utopia.

...everyone could see that, and would try to be better, not to beat others, but for their own sake.

...life was like your blog: ideal, constructive, profound, meaningful; beautiful.
